Can my printhead be recovered?
The head, that I would like to send, is not listed in the shop. Does this mean my head can't be recovered?
You did well consulting the shop first, as this is the right place to check!
However, as there are so many different types of printheads, the shop is displaying the ones for which we have already worked out a full recovery program.
We advise you :

or to send an e-mail to jetrepair@digitaldot.be to ask about the possibilities for your specific printhead.
