Jet Repair Service - Failed Repair
What do we define as a Failed Repair?
The Jet Repair has failed when, after multiple cleaning cycles, we are not able to recover your head.
Based upon our experience, we defined the following repair results as failed.
No significant difference
When no significant difference is noticeable.
Example : A printhead missing 3 nozzles is still missing 3 nozzles after the repair, even though we do see an improvement of the other nozzles.
Less then 50% recovered
When no recovery of heavily clogged printheads can be observed.
Our experience shows a higher risk in case of heavily clogged heads or dried white printheads.
Example : A heavily clogged printhead didn't improve much and remains heavily clogged.
Too many remaining missing nozzles
When 2 missing and 2 missfiring nozzles remain present after multiple cleaning cycles.
Example : A printhead missing a lot of nozzles is still missing some nozzles and showing some missfires after the cleaning process.
Electronic Failure
When the head is electronically damaged.
Unfortunately this type of damage can not be repaired.
Example : The same phenomenon is observed before and after cleaning.
