Contest Rules
Win a Pizza Party for your company
1. Introduction
These contest rules define the general terms and conditions for participation in the giveaway organized by Digital Dot, with registered office at Kalkoven 50, 1820 Melsbroek, Belgium, registered in the Register of Legal Entities under number BE0886.708.375.
By participating in this contest, participants unconditionally accept these rules and all decisions made by Digital Dot in relation to the contest.
2. Conditions of Participation

Participation is possible by fully and correctly completing the contest form on Digital Dot’s landing page.

Any person aged 18 or older with a valid company registration number may participate, except employees of Digital Dot and their immediate family members (first degree).

Only one entry per company registration number is allowed.

Only fully and correctly completed forms are eligible. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be automatically disqualified.
3. Contest Procedure

The contest will take place during the Sign2com trade fair on October 19, 20, and 21, 2025.

One winner will be selected per fair day.

The winners will be personally contacted using the contact details provided.
4. Prize
-
The prize is a Pizza Party for the winning company, valid for up to 20 pizzas.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

The Pizza Party will be organized in consultation with the winner, on a date and location of their choice.

Digital Dot reserves the right to modify or replace the prize with an equivalent alternative if necessary for organizational reasons.
5. Liability

Digital Dot is not responsible for any damage, accidents, or injuries occurring during participation in the contest or during the Pizza Party.

Digital Dot cannot be held liable for technical failures, errors, or interruptions that may affect participation or communication regarding the contest.

In case of incorrect or incomplete contact details, Digital Dot is not responsible for any failure to deliver the prize.
6. Personal Data (GDPR)

Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Belgian legislation and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By participating, participants agree that their name and/or company name may be mentioned in communications about the contest, including on Digital Dot’s website and social media channels.

7. Supervision and Decisions

Digital Dot oversees the proper execution of the contest.

In the event of abuse, fraud, deception, or non-compliance with these rules, a participant may be disqualified.

The contest outcome is final and cannot be disputed. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest or its results.
8. Changes to the Rules
Digital Dot reserves the right to modify these rules at any time or to terminate the contest early, without any obligation to pay compensation.
